1. Eligibility for Return
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The return request must be raised within 3 days of receiving the item.
- The item(s) must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with tags intact.
- The product should be returned in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Clothes that have been cut or altered.

3. How to Request a Return

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item via courier.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a wrong, damaged, or defective item, we will bear the return shipping cost.
- If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, personal preference), the return courier charges will be customer’s responsibility.
Note: For items that were offered with free delivery at the time of purchase, original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
5. Refund Process
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be made via bank transfer or mobile wallet within 5-7 working days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
- If the product had free delivery, the original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
- We may offer a voucher or exchange as an alternative, as per the customer’s preference.

- Exchanges are allowed for preference or color issues, subject to item availability.
- If the desired item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or voucher.
- For exchanges, the customer bears the shipping charges.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect:
- Report it within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Provide clear photos of the issue for verification.
- We will send a replacement or process a full refund at no additional cost.
Note: We share product pictures with our customers before shipping to ensure accuracy. For hassle-free returns, we strongly encourage our customers to record a video while opening the parcel and share it with us in case any damage or issue is found. This helps us resolve your concern faster and more efficiently.
